you heard the voice message coming from my telephone ?

the line has been cut off due to “non payment of bill”.

I dont believe in running around just because some bloody idiot asks me to contact the accounts officer: I kept my cool.

and it paid off. later on I found that the services has been restored and that my phone was again working even without my making any payment or meeting the accounts officer.

 ACT OF COMMISSION 

(and not omission)          

          I am on ECS and there is no question of the bill not being paid. 
     the fact of the matter was the “intelligentsia” of the thiruvananthapuram telecom of the bsnl did not send the bill to the bank. there is no question of the bank not paying.

       my bill was being paid from december 2011 onwards regularly by the bank and that means that my name is there – or rather was there – in the list and this is usually generated automatically. So unless some body has actively tampered with the ECS list my name should have been there in the list sent to the bank.

        that means it is an ACT OF COMMISSION (and not omission) on the part of the telephone company.

        and after that they are cutting off the line claiming that I have not paid the bill. that is the ridiculous extent to which these characters can stoop to oblige the spies.

now look at what happened in the first half of july

it was simply not possible to make a call. so for all practical purposes the telephone was non functional.

now if you tell me that the huge noise is due to a fault in the line i will find it extremely difficult to swallow.

    it is all beign done on purpose just out of sheer malice. and in my present situation there is nothing much i can do about it.
