Today
being the new month I decided I will start using the bsnl land line
phone – there is no point holding on and I made a few calls.
As
I said earlier the line was real clear and there was no semblance of
a disturbance when i used it today in the day time.
and this was despite the great people claiming that there is a problem with the internal wiring that is the wiring inside the house as I was not permitting their man to enter my house. Well I for one am not surprised.
Amongst
the calls I made in the afternoon were one I had made to a home
appliance company about some confusion on the equipment I had
purchased yesterday. So I have booked a visit to them at my place and
they were supposed to call me on my phone.
In
the evening I had been out – in fact I wanted to catch a bus to
Trivandrum and was at the bus stand. After I had waited for more than
an hour I asked some one about the status of the buses and I was told
the bused were on strike from the morning. So I walked back.
When
I reached home at around 2000hrs IST I found that the phone has gone
DEAD ! Remember that I started using the phone today in the day time
only and it has been cut off promptly.
